The end of October has finally arrived. And the Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell acquisition of the Sycamore ERA Elite office is in full swing now. Starting next week we will be at our new location at 1957 Dekalb Ave in Sycamore. I look forward to the new, larger location. The market is starting to pick up again after a slow end of summer. Many new listings are coming on the market and many existing homes are getting contracts. If you are looking to sell now is as good as time as any.
